Responsibilities

• Capture and convert new property instructions to build the listing portfolio serving clients near Maidstone
• Manage offer negotiations diplomatically with the aim of reaching successful agreements
• Progress sale processes effectively until contracts are exchanged and transactions finalised
• Carry out thorough property valuations considering local Kent market dynamics
• Arrange and conduct viewings while advising clients on next steps
• Foster lasting client relationships that support ongoing business development
• Complete all associated paperwork accurately to uphold professional estate agency standards

Who We're Looking For

• Extensive background gained as a Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer in estate agency settings
• Proficiency in securing instructions via persuasive client engagement
• Aptitude for skilful offer negotiation leading to preferred resolutions
• Consistent achievement of sales completions for vendors and buyers
• Preference for positions free from earning ceilings, daily office attendance and centred only on advancing third-party firms
• Willingness to spearhead independent business aspects when cushioned against pure self-reliance financial loads
