About the Role

The Apex Group, established in Bermuda in 2003, is one of the world’s largest fund administration and middle office solutions providers. This role involves developing and implementing ESG policies and regulations to support our clients' needs. Reporting to the Head of ESG, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international standards and local requirements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ESG policies and procedures in line with global and local regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential ESG-related risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on ESG best practices and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in ESG, sustainability, or related fields within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of international ESG regulations and frameworks (e.g., UNPRI, TCFD).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior management and stakeholders.
• A proven track record in developing and implementing ESG strategies.
