About the Role
This is a full-time subcontracting position managing residential roofing operations with Erie Home. You'll lead your crew on quality installations and repairs while earning competitive compensation. We provide continuous project flow year-round and the support of one of the nation's most respected remodeling companies.
What You'll Do
- Lead roofing installation, repair, and replacement projects from initial assessment to completion
- Direct crew daily operations, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with Erie Home's project management team on scheduling and execution
- Maintain full compliance with building codes and safety requirements
- Deliver exceptional results that exceed homeowner expectations
- Manage crew materials and project timelines efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading residential roofing crews
- Valid contractor license and current insurance coverage
- Strong expertise in roof installation, repair, and replacement work
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and professional standards

- Availability for full-time, year-round employment
Compensation & Benefits
Earn up to $100,000 annually, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying contractors. We value experienced partners with competitive compensation and consistent work throughout the year.
