Accenture is hiring an Epic Certified Willow Pharmacy Applications Manager (Req 6355647) for an on-site, full-time engagement in Chicago's Illinois Medical District. About the Role
As an Epic Certified Willow Pharmacy Applications Manager, you will put your healthcare IT expertise to work supporting business transformation initiatives. Working from the Illinois Medical District in Chicago, you will own the Epic Willow pharmacy module and help client teams get the most from their electronic health record investment. Accenture Flex gives you locally based, fixed-duration project work without sacrificing the resources of a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain the Epic Willow pharmacy application across the project lifecycle.
- Translate clinical and operational pharmacy needs into reliable, well-built Epic solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive business transformation and improve system performance.
- Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and optimization for Willow workflows.
- Apply your skills and experience to keep delivery on track for the client engagement.
Qualifications
- Active Epic Willow certification (Pharmacy Applications).
- Demonstrated experience administering or managing Epic applications in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work on-site in the Illinois Medical District, Chicago — this is not a remote position.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills suited to project-based delivery.
