About the Role

As an Epic Certified Beacon Consultant at Accenture, you'll work on fixed-duration engagements that let you expand your expertise while making an immediate impact. You'll be based locally in Morristown, collaborating with healthcare systems to deploy, optimize, and support Epic Beacon solutions that streamline revenue cycle management and clinical administration.

What You'll Do

• Design, configure, and deploy Epic Beacon modules tailored to each healthcare client's unique workflows and compliance requirements
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend optimization strategies to improve system performance and user adoption
• Conduct hands-on training with client staff and create documentation to ensure successful go-live and ongoing support
• Collaborate with project teams to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards across multiple concurrent engagements
• Partner with healthcare IT leadership to align Beacon implementations with broader organizational transformation goals

What We're Looking For

• Active Epic Beacon certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise in Beacon revenue cycle and administrative modules
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Epic systems in healthcare environments
• Strong technical foundation in healthcare IT architecture and clinical workflow processes
• Proven ability to translate client business needs into system requirements and configuration decisions
