The Opportunity
Lead complex digital transformations for some of the world's most recognized brands. Join our Professional Services team and help customers unlock the full potential of Coveo's AI-powered platform.What You'll Do
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria to lead the implementation of Coveo's platform.
- Act as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders, driving alignment, decision-making, and accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Coordinate with customer stakeholders, internal experts, and project resources while managing expectations during the engagement.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively tracking budgets, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage project changes, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and risks.
- Communicate project progress regularly through status reports, governance meetings, and executive updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
What You Bring
- A proven track record in leading technical projects with a focus on enterprise-scale software implementations.
- Experience working with global organizations such as Dell, Rolex, and Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.
