About the Role

As Energy Manager for Power Supply at Meta, you'll own the development and execution of energy strategies that support our expanding data center portfolio. Working directly with utility partners, internal teams, and business stakeholders, you'll balance the competing demands of cost efficiency, system reliability, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability.

What You'll Do

• Manage power supply operations and relationships with external utility providers to secure reliable, cost-effective energy delivery
• Develop and execute energy supply strategies aligned with data center capacity expansion and business growth objectives
• Analyze energy costs, optimize procurement, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising system reliability
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations, grid interconnection standards, and renewable energy requirements
• Lead sustainability initiatives that reduce environmental impact while meeting operational performance targets
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to forecast power needs and plan capital investments
• Monitor key performance indicators and report progress toward energy efficiency and reliability goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven commercial experience in energy management, utility operations, or power systems within a large-scale industrial or data center environment
• Strong understanding of electricity markets, utility regulations, and grid infrastructure in the United States
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate vendor contracts and manage complex stakeholder relationships
• Solid financial acumen with ability to develop budgets, analyze costs, and drive ROI on energy-related projects
• Self-motivated with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced, growth-oriented settings
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, environmental science, or related field preferred
