We are seeking multiple Superintendents to join our team at Jomar Electrical Contractors. We currently have multi-million dollar projects ongoing and some to begin soon in the Midland, TX region.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites
- Ensure project timelines are met
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Evaluate project progress and make necessary adjustments
What We're Looking For
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven experience in electrical construction projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making
- PMP or similar certification a plus, but not required
- Willingness to travel to West Texas with paid housing, vehicle allowance, fuel card, and per diem provided
