Role Overview

The Mechanical Superintendent is a key role within Loenbro's Midwest operations. Reporting to the General Superintendent, this position oversees mechanical projects ensuring they are completed on time and to quality standards.

Core Duties

• Oversee all aspects of mechanical project execution including planning, scheduling, and coordination with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage budgets and costs associated with mechanical projects.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical construction or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and codes.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
