About the Role

As a Shift Leader, you'll manage daily operations during your assigned shifts, overseeing our team and ensuring customers receive excellent service. What You'll Do

• Supervise and support team members, ensuring consistent performance and a positive work environment
• Manage store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems
• Maintain sales floor organization, product placement, and inventory accuracy
• Deliver attentive customer service and address customer concerns professionally
• Follow WALGREENS policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety standards
• Support merchandising initiatives and promotional activities
• Train and mentor team members on products, services, and company standards
