About the Role
The Director, Remote Contract Reform (Remote) (Remote) is responsible for designing, developing, procuring, and implementing new contractual arrangements to support improved housing outcomes in remote communities. This role involves strategic leadership of a major contract reform program, including stakeholder engagement, service model design, procurement, contract award, and implementation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the development and design of Remote Repairs and Maintenance and Remote Tenancy Management contractual arrangements.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives and outcomes.
- Design and implement service models that support improved housing outcomes in remote communities.
- Manage the procurement process, including contract negotiations and award.
- Ensure successful implementation of new contracts through ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
