Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead the development and design of Remote Repairs and Maintenance and Remote Tenancy Management contractual arrangements. Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives and outcomes. Design and implement service models that support improved housing outcomes in remote communities. Manage the procurement process, including contract negotiations and award. Ensure successful implementation of new contracts through ongoing monitoring and evaluation. What You Bring A strong background in contract management, procurement, and service delivery in a government or related environment. Experience leading major reform programs and delivering complex projects. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Strong leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams. Proven track record of successful project implementation and outcomes.
