About This Position

We are onedash22, a creative team based in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide), and we're seeking an experienced Producer/Director to join our dynamic video production unit. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for bringing innovative ideas to life through compelling storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and develop creative content strategies that align with their brand identity.
• Direct high-quality video productions from pre-production planning to post-production, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
• Oversee production teams, including camera operators, lighting technicians, and editors, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Work closely with art directors, writers, and other creatives to refine ideas and bring them to life through visual storytelling.

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in producing and directing corporate videos and commercials for a diverse range of clients.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging narratives that resonate with audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
• A passion for creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for detail and quality in production.
