Role Overview
Founded in 2012, automotiveMastermind is the automotive industry's trusted data and technology provider. As a Director of Dealer Relations, you will be responsible for account and revenue retention within the territory of California. You must reside in California with extensive experience of the market.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for launch planning, overseeing product implementation, providing direction to Dealer Relations Managers/Specialists, and ensuring ongoing training and continuous improvement needs are met.
- Identify and capitalize on revenue generation opportunities (upsell).
- Manage and report KPIs including retention, revenue, and operational metrics.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-10 FTE’s – the number of team members depends on the region.
- Be the primary contact for dealer management teams.
- Handle issues that have been escalated by dealers.
Qualifications
- Reside in California with extensive experience in the market.
- Proven track record of account and revenue retention within a similar role.
- Experience in managing and developing teams, providing direction to Dealer Relations Managers/Specialists.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Adept at managing client relationships and handling escalated issues.
