Role Overview

The Animal Hospital is seeking a Director of Real Estate to manage and oversee all real estate-related activities for our network of veterinary hospitals. This role will be integral in ensuring that we maintain and enhance the physical infrastructure of our practices, aligning with our mission to provide exceptional care and service to both pets and their families.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate real estate opportunities for new hospital acquisitions or expansions.
• Develop and manage relationships with property owners, brokers, and legal counsel.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate transactions.
• Oversee the maintenance and improvement of existing facilities to meet our high standards of care.
• Prepare and present reports on real estate performance and trends to senior management.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in real estate management within the healthcare or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of property market dynamics.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate management for healthcare facilities.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
