Key Responsibilities

• Define and continuously refine product vision, multi-year strategy, and living roadmaps that respond to market signals and organizational aims.
• Lead, coach, and develop product managers, establishing clear goals, feedback rhythms, and growth paths.
• Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through launch, iteration, and retirement decisions.
• Perform rigorous competitive and customer research, then translate insights into prioritized feature portfolios and trade-off recommendations.
• Establish success metrics and dashboards, then drive ongoing optimization based on usage data and qualitative feedback.
• Coordinate tightly with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer teams so product plans stay synchronized with delivery capacity and market timing.
• Contribute product perspective in leadership forums, helping shape company-wide planning and resource allocation.
