About the Role
As Director of Market Access, you'll drive strategic market entry and adoption pathways for clients navigating the healthcare economics, reimbursement, and access landscape. You'll synthesize clinical data, health policy developments, and stakeholder insights to craft actionable commercialization and market access strategies that balance innovation with evidence-based practice.
What You'll Do
- Develop comprehensive market access and commercialization strategies for healthcare and life sciences organizations
- Analyze reimbursement landscapes, payer dynamics, and healthcare policy to inform client positioning and entry strategies
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify opportunities and barriers to adoption
- Lead cross-functional engagements with clinical, health economic, and policy stakeholders
- Translate complex healthcare economics, regulatory considerations, and market dynamics into clear client recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external collaborators across the healthcare ecosystem
- Contribute to thought leadership and advisory work that shapes industry understanding of market access challenges
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in market access, health economics, healthcare consulting, or related commercialization roles
- Deep understanding of US healthcare reimbursement systems, payer dynamics, and health policy
- Proven ability to synthesize data, policy, and clinical evidence into strategic recommendations
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Experience working with pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostic, or digital health organizations
- Advanced degree in health economics, business, public health, or related field preferred
