Director Of Education – Float

Southern Careers Institute (SCI) is hiring a full-time Director of Education in Oak Hill, Travis County, to lead educational excellence across our Central Texas campuses. About the Role

As Director of Education, you'll oversee educational programs and strategic initiatives across our multiple campus locations. This float position requires you to divide your time among our Central Texas facilities, ensuring consistent educational quality, program alignment, and student success. You'll report to senior leadership and play a critical role in maintaining our institution's academic standards and compliance requirements.

What You'll Do

• Direct and oversee curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation across all educational programs
• Manage educational staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development
• Ensure programs meet accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies
• Monitor student performance metrics and learning outcomes; implement improvements based on data
• Collaborate with campus leadership across Oak Hill and other Central Texas locations to maintain program consistency
• Develop and maintain educational budgets and resource allocation plans
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in teaching and learning
• Communicate with students, families, faculty, and community partners

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in education, program management, or educational leadership
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design and educational program oversight
• Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements in career and technical education
• Proven ability to lead and motivate educational staff
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to work across multiple campuses in the Oak Hill and Central Texas area
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
