Hadley Designs is hiring a Director of Digital Revenue Ecommerce to lead our online commerce strategy and drive growth across digital channels. This full-time position is based in the United States (nationwide) and reports directly to executive leadership.
About the Role
As Director of Digital Revenue Ecommerce, you'll own the vision, strategy, and execution of Hadley Designs' e-commerce business. You'll build and lead a high-performing team, optimize our digital revenue streams, and create seamless customer experiences that turn browsers into repeat buyers. Your decisions will directly impact how millions of families discover and purchase products that foster joyful learning and screen-free childhood development.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive digital revenue growth and market share
- Oversee all aspects of the online storefront, including platform selection, site optimization, and user experience enhancement
- Lead, mentor, and expand the digital commerce team across product, marketing, operations, and customer service functions
- Analyze customer data, sales trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and optimize pricing, promotions, and product assortment
- Manage ecommerce budget, forecasting, and P&L accountability for digital revenue channels
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and brand teams to align ecommerce initiatives with company mission and values
- Implement and optimize conversion funnels, reduce cart abandonment, and improve customer lifetime value
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, payment processors, and fulfillment partners
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of ecommerce leadership experience, with proven track record scaling digital revenue for consumer brands
- Strong foundation in ecommerce strategy, platform management, digital marketing, and data analytics
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing P&L responsibility
- Experience with DTC (direct-to-consumer) ecommerce channels and omnichannel retail strategy
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation systems
- Ability to balance rapid growth initiatives with customer-centric decision making
- Passionate about Hadley Designs' mission to foster curiosity, confidence, and joyful learning for children
