What This Role Involves
The Director of Afterschool Programs at The Dream Program in Philadelphia is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality of afterschool programs across various locations. This role involves strategic planning, program development, staff management, and community engagement. Travel to all program sites within Philadelphia is required approximately 85-90% of the time. Evening programming and occasional weekend events are expected throughout the school year.
