JOB TITLE: Destination Experiences Specialist
The Opportunity
Shoreside Positions is seeking a dedicated and creative professional to join our team as a Destination Experiences Specialist. This full-time, on-site role based in the United States requires an individual who can build an extensive portfolio of curated activities and attractions that align with Aman’s philosophy of transformational experiences.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and curate a diverse range of activities and attractions to enhance guests' shore-based experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, Destination Experiences, as well as cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Onboard Operations, to ideate and launch new shoreside offerings, private events, and overland journeys.
- Infuse each experience with a compelling narrative that resonates with Aman’s brand values and guest expectations.
Skills & Qualifications
- A deep understanding of destination experiences and the ability to create unique, memorable offerings.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Strong project management abilities to ensure timely ideation and launch of new initiatives.
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
