Accenture is hiring a full-time Delivery Manager, Retail & Commerce Media based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania — a hands-on leadership role within Accenture Song, a global creative and technology powerhouse redefining how brands connect with customers.

About the Role

As a Delivery Manager on the Retail & Commerce Media team, you will own the full project delivery lifecycle for commerce and retail media engagements. Sitting at the crossroads of creative strategy, emerging technology, and AI, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to execute high-quality digital commerce and retail media solutions — on time, on scope, and to Accenture's standards of excellence.

What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of retail and commerce media programs, from kickoff through launch and post-launch optimization
• Own project scope, timelines, resource plans, and budgets across cross-functional workstreams
• Act as the central communication bridge between client stakeholders and internal strategy, creative, data, and technology teams
• Proactively surface and resolve risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers before they affect outcomes
• Structure agile ceremonies, sprint cadences, and progress reporting to keep teams aligned and accountable
• Translate client commerce and retail media objectives into clear, actionable delivery plans
• Contribute to refining delivery practices, tooling, and team workflows within Accenture Song

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience delivering digital commerce, retail media, or marketing technology programs in an agency or consulting environment
• Solid grounding in project management disciplines — scope control, risk management, milestone tracking, and executive-level stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with retail media ecosystems, commerce platforms, or programmatic advertising in a commerce context
• Hands-on experience with agile delivery; PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or comparable credentials are a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams and lead diverse, geographically distributed teams
• Clear, confident communicator who can tailor messaging for technical teams and C-suite audiences alike
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
