About the Role

As a Restaurant Crewmember at Raising Cane's, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities across the dining room, kitchen, and front counter. This full-time, on-site position in Edgewood, Orange County is built for team players who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy working hard while having fun. Starting pay begins at $15.00 per hour, with openings across every shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, serve, and connect with guests to create a welcoming restaurant experience
• Step into many roles throughout your shift, from the counter to the kitchen line
• Help open, close, and keep operations running smoothly during all shifts in between
• Work closely with fellow crewmembers as an essential part of the restaurant team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment for guests and teammates alike

Qualifications

• Eagerness to learn and pitch in wherever the team needs you
• Availability for opening, closing, and mid-day shifts
• A positive, energetic attitude and strong work ethic
• Prior experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, or in a similar role is a plus, though not required
• A genuine commitment to great hospitality
