As a Deals Services - Supervisor, Strategic Finance and FP&A, Advanced Decision Modeling at RSM in Boston, you will lead the design and delivery of sophisticated financial models that guide critical client decisions throughout the deal lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Build, refine, and oversee advanced decision models that inform strategic finance and transaction-related choices for middle-market clients.
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) engagements, translating complex data into clear, actionable guidance.
• Supervise and mentor team members, reviewing deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand goals and shape tailored deal solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations that help clients realize their full potential.

Qualifications

• Proven background in strategic finance, FP&A, or transaction advisory, ideally within a deals or professional services environment.
• Strong command of advanced financial and decision modeling techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, including coaching junior colleagues.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Boston, in a full-time capacity.
