What This Role Involves

We are seeking a D2C Brand Strategist to join our fast-scaling team in crafting data-led, emotionally resonant brand experiences for category-disrupting skincare, beauty, and wellness brands. You will be at the heart of creating compelling narratives that convert first-time buyers into loyal advocates.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Craft and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with consumer psychology and performance marketing principles
• Develop and implement omnichannel storytelling campaigns to drive explosive growth
• Analyze market trends and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service
• Measure and optimize brand performance through data-driven analytics

Who We're Looking For
