Position Summary

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Proven experience in customer service or related field with at least 5 years of management experience.
• Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and develop a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at resolving complex issues and providing solutions to customers.
