About the Role

We are seeking a Service Dispatcher to monitor and manage the service schedule while answering phone calls throughout the day. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling, tracking, and dispatching our HVAC Technicians and Plumbers for service requests, ensuring efficient communication between technicians, customers, and internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Maintain an accurate schedule of service appointments and technician availability
• Answer incoming calls from customers and schedule service requests promptly
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers to ensure satisfaction
• Dispatch technicians to job sites based on priority and urgency
• Manage and update customer information in the company's database
• Handle administrative tasks related to scheduling and dispatching services

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a dispatcher or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing services is preferred but not required
• Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling and dispatching
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
