Creative Producer

Remilia, a design and fashion agency based in Orange County, California, California with an international presence, is hiring a Creative Producer to lead production operations across all studio initiatives. In this full-time role, you'll oversee the complete execution of projects spanning physical production, digital media, cultural initiatives, and brand campaigns—managing schedules, financial resources, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative work on time and on quality.

About the Role

This is a leadership position within production operations, where you'll take ownership of how projects move from concept through delivery. You'll work across a diverse slate of work: fashion shoots, experiential events, digital media, and cultural initiatives. Remilia operates in a fast-paced creative environment where you'll coordinate between internal teams, artists, technologists, and vendors spread across multiple geographies and time zones. Your role is to build systems, anticipate obstacles, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Core Duties

• Lead the planning and execution of shoots, events, campaigns, and digital projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Coordinate photographers, directors, editors, developers, animators, fabricators, and vendors to keep all parties aligned
• Manage the logistics side of physical production, including location scouting, equipment coordination, travel, call sheets, and on-site oversight
• Establish and maintain systems for digital production, including asset management, version control, delivery timelines, and archiving
• Build and maintain relationships with freelancers and vendors; identify and onboard new partners as projects require
• Create and maintain documentation systems for projects and creative assets
• Spot operational inefficiencies and design processes to resolve them
• Advise leadership on feasibility, timeline, and scope for new initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in creative production, production operations, or project management in an agency, studio, brand, or production environment
• Demonstrated ability managing projects across both physical production (photography, events, fabrication) and digital delivery (video, web, motion graphics, 3D)
• Proven ability to design and implement project systems rather than simply executing existing ones
• Strong interpersonal skills; you can effectively coordinate with internal teams, external collaborators, and vendors across time zones and working styles
• Working knowledge of common production tools (Notion, Airtable, Asana, Monday, or similar) and comfort building custom workflows
• Solid grasp of project budgeting; you can estimate, monitor, and flag financial issues before they escalate
• Ability to maintain focus and forward momentum in an unpredictable, multi-priority environment
• Proactive problem-solver; you identify and resolve issues independently
• Genuine interest in contemporary art, fashion, music, and design—you understand the creative context, not just the logistics
• Comfort with flexible scheduling for shoots, events, and cross-timezone collaboration
• A plus: familiarity with East Asian creative markets and collaborators; proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin is valued
