About This Position

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for various projects
• Analyze project costs and identify areas for cost reduction
• Develop and maintain detailed financial reports and forecasts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
• Familiarity with real estate projects and their associated costs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software
• Certified Cost Engineer or similar professional certification preferred
