Corporate Lawyer – Fully Remote

About the Role

As a Corporate Lawyer - Fully Remote with Mercor, you will operate as a transactional and corporate legal specialist supporting a fast-moving organization at the center of the AI talent ecosystem. While Mercor is associated with New York City, New York, this position is performed remotely on a contract, hourly basis, giving you the flexibility to contribute from wherever you work best.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on transactional and corporate legal matters across the business.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial and corporate agreements.
• Provide practical, business-minded legal guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Help ensure corporate activities are handled accurately and efficiently.
