What This Role Involves
OBR Management is seeking a Cooling Tower Technician to join our team in Tukwila, Washington. As a Cooling Tower Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of cooling towers across various industrial facilities. This role involves performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently.
Core Duties
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on cooling tower systems

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in HVAC/R preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Cooling Tower Technician or related field
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Able to work in various weather conditions and at heights
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
