What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive support to bilingual seniors, ensuring they receive the best possible care and services.
• Communicate effectively between healthcare providers and clients, bridging language barriers and enhancing understanding.
• Assist with daily living activities, including medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks.
• Support emotional well-being through active listening and providing companionship.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English fluently.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or social service role, preferably with seniors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor, able to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
