About This Position
A client is seeking a temporary legal professional to support the Office of General Counsel with a large backlog of Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs) and Engagement Terms review. The role involves reviewing, categorizing, and tagging legal documents within Intapp Terms. Responsibilities include identifying key provisions, classifying terms appropriately, and supporting various legal processes.
