Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction Recruiter to join our Denver headquarters in a full-time, fully remote role. As a leading employee-owned recruiting and consulting firm, we've been helping construction professionals and companies find the right fit since 2018. We're looking for a driven recruiter ready to build long-term talent pipelines in the construction industry while enjoying the flexibility of 100% remote work.

About the Role

You'll be the connection point between top construction talent and industry-leading employers across the United States. This is a high-impact opportunity to develop expertise in construction recruiting, working directly with companies seeking skilled trades professionals, project managers, engineers, and safety specialists. Your success will be measured by placements, candidate quality, and the relationships you build.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and interview construction professionals across multiple disciplines and experience levels
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing construction industry opportunities
• Present top candidates to hiring managers and construction firms, articulating their qualifications and fit
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through placement and follow-up
• Build and nurture relationships with construction companies, general contractors, and specialty trades firms
• Match candidate skills, experience, and career goals with available construction roles and market opportunities
• Stay current with construction industry trends, project types, and in-demand skills

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruiting experience, ideally in construction or a related technical field
• Strong ability to identify talent, assess qualifications, and present candidates effectively
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams
• Self-motivated with ability to manage your own schedule and meet placement targets
• Knowledge of construction industry roles, certifications, and career paths—or demonstrated ability to learn quickly
• Comfort using recruiting software, databases, and virtual communication tools
• A consultative approach to matching candidates with the right career opportunities
