Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience conducting compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, or similar analytical human-resources work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data modeling, pivot tables, and statistical reviews of large data sets.
- Solid understanding of compensation design principles, pay-range construction, and major employment regulations such as the Fair Labor Standards Act.
- Strong analytical thinking, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to present complex findings simply.
- Demonstrated discretion with confidential information and skill at managing several priorities at once.
