About the Role
As a Community Property Manager with Beach Front Property Management, you will be the on-site point of contact for residents and operations at our property located at 10305 Buford Ave., Inglewood, CA 90304. This is a part-time, on-site position scheduled for 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The role pays $20.00 per hour and includes a $100 monthly auto allowance, plus an included two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment offered at an employee rent of $677.75 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and overall upkeep of the apartment community
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for current and prospective residents
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of property issues
- Support leasing activity, resident retention, and a positive community experience
- Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative property management tasks
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a property or community manager in residential apartments
- A proactive, hands-on approach to resident service and problem-solving
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
- Availability to work on-site in Inglewood, CA during the Monday–Friday schedule
