Events Manager, B2B Commercial Marketing

Conduent is hiring a full-time Events Manager, B2B Commercial Marketing based in Florham Park, New Jersey — a strategic role responsible for designing and executing high-impact events that drive pipeline and deepen commercial relationships across a global enterprise client base.

About the Role

As part of Conduent's B2B Commercial Marketing team, you will own the end-to-end event strategy that supports the company's revenue goals. You'll bring structure, creativity, and precision to every touchpoint — from intimate executive roundtables to large-scale industry conferences — ensuring each event reinforces Conduent's position as a trusted partner to Fortune 100 companies and government organizations worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Plan, manage, and execute B2B marketing events including trade shows, client summits, executive briefings, industry conferences, and hosted roundtables
• Own full event lifecycles: venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, contract management, logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event measurement
• Partner with sales, field marketing, and commercial teams to align event programming with pipeline and revenue objectives
• Manage event budgets, track spending against targets, and deliver ROI reporting for each program
• Develop and oversee event content, messaging, and collateral in collaboration with content and design teams
• Coordinate attendee experience, speaker preparation, and stakeholder communications before, during, and after events
• Evaluate event performance using defined KPIs and translate findings into actionable program improvements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing B2B marketing events in a corporate or agency environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple programs simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Experience owning event budgets and negotiating with external vendors and venues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for collaborating across cross-functional teams
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable setting goals, measuring outcomes, and reporting results to leadership
• Willingness to travel as required to support on-site event execution
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related discipline
