The Opportunity

IRe, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization dedicated to accelerating the delivery of new medicines and treatments to patients, is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager for our team in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and IRe's high standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, regulatory affairs, and site management to ensure the smooth execution of trial activities.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet clinical trial objectives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all aspects of the clinical trials in compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and other relevant regulatory requirements throughout the study lifecycle.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, preferably within a managerial role overseeing multiple trials simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH-GCP, and local regulations governing clinical trials.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
