Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our dedicated team at U.S. Xpress - Dedicated in Big Indian, New York. As a company driver, you will be responsible for delivering dry van cargo on predetermined routes with the opportunity to earn up to $70,000 annually, plus bonuses that may be available based on performance and route specifics.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate a dry van truck safely and efficiently within assigned routes
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding commercial driving
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any issues encountered during the route
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for safety and efficiency
• Work closely with dispatch to plan and execute delivery schedules

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1-5 months of experience as a CDL driver
• A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• A clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
• Dedication to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
