About This Position
The Farm Marketing Group Leader/Consultant position at Hurley & Associates is a full-time role based in Glenwood, Arkansas. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and directly overseeing Local Field Consultants and Office Support Staff, this exempt position provides strategic direction and mentorship for farm marketing services. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, enhancing team performance, and promoting the company's offerings.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance farm profitability and sustainability.
- Mentor and train Local Field Consultants and Office Support Staff in best practices for farm marketing.
- Provide strategic direction on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in farm marketing or a related field, preferably within an agricultural consultancy firm.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
