Your Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project execution, including task coordination, risk management, and issue resolution
• Build and lead project teams; foster accountability, collaboration, and professional growth within the group
• Track performance against metrics; document outcomes and contribute to process improvements that enhance future customer satisfaction
• Proactively identify and address gaps in delivery or customer confidence before they escalate

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading projects of significant complexity across multiple functions or business units
• Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual capability in French and English is preferred
• Formal training or certification in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, or similar)
• Proficiency with project planning and tracking tools; strong Microsoft Office skills
• Proven ability to synthesize competing priorities and remain adaptable in evolving conditions
• Track record of building stakeholder confidence and delivering measurable improvements in project or customer outcomes
