Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance leaders to deliver transformation initiatives that drive enterprise-wide value.
• Design and refine finance processes that boost efficiency, control costs, and strengthen profitability.
• Advise executives transitioning into business partner roles on the people, technology, and operating models they need to succeed.
• Apply analytics and functional expertise to surface new areas of opportunity and improvement.
• Lead engagement teams, manage stakeholders, and translate insight into actionable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading finance transformation or CFO advisory engagements.
• Deep functional proficiency in finance processes, cost management, and profitability improvement.
• Strong command of finance technology and the data analytics that inform decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and lead high-performing teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Grandview Heights in this full-time role.
