About the Role

This is a full-time, contract opportunity for two-person driving teams running over-the-road dry van freight. As a CDLA 1099 Team operating OTR runs out of Hattiesburg, you and your co-driver share the miles, the cab, and the earning potential while covering long-haul lanes for MARTIAN EXPRESS CO.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate dry van equipment on long-haul, over-the-road routes as a coordinated driving team.
• Average roughly 5,000 miles per week per team while maintaining safe, on-time delivery standards.
• Plan trips and trade off driving shifts to keep loads moving efficiently across the country.
• Stay out on the road for an expected period of around 14 days, with flexibility to extend if you prefer.
• Keep equipment, paperwork, and communication in order throughout each run.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Willingness to work as part of a two-driver OTR team under a 1099 contract arrangement.
• Comfort with extended time out, including the standard 14-day expectation and optional longer stretches.
• A safety-first mindset and dependable, professional work habits on every load.
