About the Role
We're seeking skilled CDL-A drivers to join our growing fleet and help us deliver freight safely and reliably across regional routes. You'll operate modern equipment, maintain professional safety standards, and earn competitive compensation with meaningful bonuses tied to your performance and driver referrals.
What You'll Do
- Operate a commercial vehicle as a CDL-A driver on regional freight assignments
- Deliver no-touch freight loads on scheduled routes throughout the regional territory
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and perform routine maintenance
- Maintain accurate logbooks and compliance documentation per DOT requirements
- Follow all safety protocols, traffic regulations, and company operational standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, load coordinators, and customer points

- Annual salary: $94,000–$107,000 (based on experience)
- Weekly earnings: $1,800–$2,050
- Per-mile rate: $0.68–$0.72 CPM
- $5,000 sign-on bonus

What We're Looking For
