About the Role
This is a full-time, over-the-road (OTR) opportunity for experienced CDL-A team drivers based in Oklahoma. As a Refrigerated Team Truck Driver with Longistics, you'll haul temperature-controlled loads across long-haul lanes while splitting drive time with your co-driver to keep the truck rolling and miles adding up. The position follows a get-you-home-every-two-weeks rotation, so you can plan your time off with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL-A refrigerated tractor-trailer safely across OTR routes as one half of a driving team.
- Transport temperature-sensitive freight while protecting load integrity and meeting delivery schedules.
- Coordinate driving shifts with your teammate to maximize uptime and maintain steady mileage.
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and follow all DOT and FMCSA safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs and communicate proactively with dispatch throughout each run.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) in good standing.
- Willingness to run OTR as part of a driving team out of Oklahoma.
- Availability to start as soon as possible.
- Commitment to safe driving practices and on-time, damage-free deliveries.
Compensation
