About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A owner operators to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary with one of the industry's best-owner operator programs. Drivers will benefit from 75% pay and a 100% fuel surcharge paid directly to them, ensuring they take home more money every week.

- Access to over 2025 trailers for regional dry van operations
Responsibilities
Owner operators will be responsible for:
- Pickup and delivery of freight across the region in a dry van configuration
- Maintaining accurate records and logs as required by federal regulations
- Ensuring safe operation of the vehicle at all times
- Communicating effectively with dispatch to manage schedules and routes
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
- At least 6 months of regional dry van experience
- Prior owner operator experience preferred but not required
- Good communication and organizational skills
