McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a full-time CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver based out of Carrollton, Pickens County — with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 depending on experience. About the Role

As a CDL-A driver with McLane, you'll be the critical link between our distribution network and the nation's most recognized retail and restaurant brands. What You'll Do

• Operate a tractor-trailer on assigned delivery routes serving commercial customers in and around Carrollton and the surrounding region
• Load, transport, and unload product accurately and efficiently at each stop
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and shipping documentation
• Represent McLane professionally at every customer location, prioritizing service and safety at every stop
• Follow all federal, state, and company safety standards throughout every shift

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Clean driving record and commitment to safe operating practices
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting and maneuvering freight
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
• Prior commercial delivery experience is a plus, though motivated candidates are encouraged to apply
