About This Position
We are currently seeking experienced Class A CDL Company Drivers for our full-time, over-the-road (OTR) dry van operations in Capitol, Virginia. As a Bison Transport Inc. driver, you will have the opportunity to earn an average of $1,350 - $1,800 per week with a generous sign-on bonus of $5,000 for drivers with at least six months of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver freight across the country using dry van trailers
- Maintain safe driving practices and adhere to all traffic laws
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on company vehicles
- Communicate with dispatch for load assignments and updates
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments while maintaining a positive attitude
Skills & Qualifications
- A valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements (H, X if applicable)
- At least six months of OTR driving experience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Prior experience in the transportation industry is a plus
- A clean driving record and good safety history
