CDL-A Company Driver – OTR – Flatbed

Join EverGreen Industries as a CDL-A Company Driver and become part of a team dedicated to reliable, professional freight transportation across the country. We're actively hiring experienced flatbed truck drivers for our over-the-road operation based in Blue Mountain.

About the Role

This is a full-time, over-the-road driving position with EverGreen Industries. You'll operate a flatbed truck on long-haul routes, primarily transporting heavy structural steel products including beams, plates, and rebar. With an average route length of 700 miles, you'll spend extended time on the road delivering our customers' freight safely and on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Operate a flatbed truck for over-the-road deliveries across multiple states
• Transport steel and heavy structural materials with precision and safety
• Maintain detailed logs and adhere to DOT regulations
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Secure loads properly using industry-standard equipment
• Build strong customer relationships through professional, on-time service

Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive pay structured to reward your experience and performance. Choose between percentage-based compensation at 27% of line haul or per-mile rates ranging from $0.63 to $0.66 per mile for both loaded and empty miles. Owner-operator drivers (LP) earn 75% of the load with 100% fuel surcharge (FSC). New drivers receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus distributed over six months, plus $1,000 transition assistance.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Minimum one year of professional truck driving experience
• Clean driving record and passing background check
• Strong mechanical and safety awareness
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to the job
• Ability to work independently on multi-day routes
