The Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced CDL-A company drivers for our Over the Road (OTR) Dry Van division. Join us as a valued member of Big M Diesel Express and enjoy a competitive salary of $75k per year. This is a full-time position, with no remote work options available.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver freight across the country using dry van trailers
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state transportation regulations
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage logs
• Work closely with dispatchers for efficient routing and scheduling

Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year of OTR driving experience required
• A valid CDL-A license with appropriate endorsements (H, X if applicable)
• Prioritizes safety in all operations
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
